About Us

Tara DeShano is CEO of Flourish Supportive Living. Tara is responsible for providing vision and strategy while focusing on program development and financial oversight. Tara has over 18 years of experience in roles ranging from business development, operational management and consulting.

Tara has always had a passion for helping others. After her mother was affected by a traumatic brain injury, she decided to focus on helping individuals with brain injury. Tara is dedicated to providing the highest-quality care and home-like atmosphere to individuals with brain injury.

Tara holds a B.S. degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and an M.B.A. from Regis University. She resides in Denver with her husband Chris and two children, Ethan and Claire.

Marisa Duran is Program Director and Administrator of Flourish Supportive Living. Marisa is responsible for community operations, administration and admissions with a focus on quality of care.

Marisa has over 17 years of experience in the assisted living industry in various roles ranging from caregiver to executive director. She has also had personal experience caring for a loved one with a brain injury. Marisa brings not only her personal experience but professional experience to provide the best care for your loved ones.

Marisa resides in Highlands Rance with her husband Josh and 5 kids that she adores and loves spending time with. She is also a die-hard bronco fan born and raised in Colorado.
